Orders will be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions.

Please do not make an order until you have read and understood them and acknowledged and accepted them in full.
Please supply the full name and address of the recipient including their postcode and telephone number. Hardman & Hall will not accept responsibility for non delivery of goods if incorrect details of the above have been given.

Deliveries within the UK will be made the next day after the order has been taken. Orders must be received by us before 11.45am the day before delivery is required. Any orders received after this time will be processed the following day for delivery the day after. Any orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day. Customers can nominate a delivery date sometime in the future if they wish.

At Hardman & Hall we always adhere to the choice of flower that is seen on this site. However as flower varieties are not always available we make every effort to ensure that substitutions are of the same quality, value and of similar appearance.

In order for complaints to be resolved we suggest that you contact us within 24 hours of the date of the delivery.

Deliveries

Our deliveries are made throughout the UK. Deliveries arrive on your chosen date and require a signature. If the recipient is not in at the time of delivery they will receive a card to say where their gift is being held. This is usually at a neighbour’s house who is also requested to sign.

All deliveries to hospitals must include up to date details of the ward name and/or room number. We are not able to accept an order without these details.

All funeral orders must include the name and full address of the Funeral Director and the time of the funeral.

Hardman & Hall do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays or between 27 December and the second Monday after the New Year.

Only cancellations given at least 48 hours before the delivery date with be eligible for a refund.
