Delivery
Please do not make an order until you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions in full.
Hardman & Hall cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders where the recipient’s details have been given incorrectly.
Therefore you will be held responsible for supplying the correct delivery details including a full postcode and telephone number for the recipient.
Hardman & Hall deliveries are made throughout most of the UK mainland by courier.
- Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 3pm the preceding day.
- A signature is required on delivery.
- Hardman & Hall will make a courtesy call to recipients where possible, after flowers have been dispatched, in order to inform them that the delivery they are receiving is perishable.
- Recipients will receive a card from the courier in the event that he or she is unavailable to receive the delivery, stating where the flowers have been left eg; with a neighbour, or to arrange for re-delivery.
- Deliveries to hospitals must include a ward name or room number.
- Please note: we do not deliver on a Saturday, (except BB5 postcodes) a Sunday, a Monday or UK public holidays.
- Where orders have been placed for these dates, we will endeavour to deliver on the preceding day or the day after the day requested.
- Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed the following working day to be delivered the following day.

- Please note that only cancellations given at least 48 hours before the delivery date will be eligible for refund.
On the rare occasion when we are unable to supply the flowers as described , we endeavour to substitute flowers of the same quality, value and general style.
We advise that any complaints are made within 24 hours of the delivery date in order that they can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
